GENERAL PARK RULES & DRESS CODE
For your SAFETY…
Rules have been established to insure your safety and enjoyment. Each individual will be responsible for their conduct and actions while at the Wild Water Adventure Park, in accordance with the following rules and signage posted throughout the park.
GENERAL PARK RULES:
Personal BBQ grills may not be brought into the park. The only exception is for sell out days, which will be ONLY July 3rd and 4th of 2011. BBQ's located in the park are not reserved. We encourage sharing of these as they are quite large and there are not enough for all guests to have their own. BBQs in group areas are reserved for groups only when the reserved signs are posted. Do not dispose of coals on the ground.
- Obey all signs and instructions while riding slides and using pools and facilities. By seeking admission to Wild Water Adventure Park, all guests have assumed a certain level of liability and responsibility for his/her safety. As in all active sports, there is a slight element of risk while participating in park rides and activities.
- Violation of County, State or Federal law, or park rules will result in revocation of a park guest’s admission without refund.
- If a park guest misuses or abuses his/her privileges, or exhibits rude or abusive behavior, he/she may be ejected from the park at any time at the discretion of Wild Water Adventure Park without refund.
- Obey Lifeguards and posted signs at all times. Do not distract the Lifeguards.
- Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Some attractions may close during inclement weather or for repair.
- By seeking admission, park guests give permission to Wild Water Adventure Park to photograph and/or take video footage, for any purpose without payment to them.
- ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND GLASS CONTAINERS MAY NOT BE BROUGHT INTO THE PARK.
- All bags/ice chests will be checked upon entry to the Park.
- AMPLIFIED ENTERTAINMENT AND SOUND PRODUCING EQUIPMENT IS PROHIBITED.
- Wild Water Adventure Park is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN ARTICLES.
- Weak or non-swimmers should check out life vests ( FREE of charge at Rentals with a refundable deposit of $5.00) before using the pools.
- Non-swimmers and weak swimmers need to remain in the shallow areas of the wave pool behind the blue line. They should not rely on inner tubes for flotation or safety. Any water is dangerous for a non-swimmer.
- Eyeglasses must have approved safety straps while participating in water activities.
- Diving may result in injury and thus is prohibited.
- No line cutting allowed. Violators will be ejected from the park.
- Tubes are only for the number of people intended; single tubes-one person, double tubes-two people and triple tubes-three people.
- Body boards and flotation devices may not be brought into the park.
- Regular or cloth diapers are not allowed in any pool. Swim diapers or rubber swim pants are
required of all infants and toddlers in all pool areas. No changing on pool deck areas, furniture or tables. Changing stations are located in the Men's and Women's bathrooms at Blue Wave and Olympic pool areas. This complies with Health
Department codes.
- Pets may not be brought into the park.
- No bikes, roller skates/blades or skateboards in the park.
- No running in the park except on the baseball field.
PARK DRESS CODE:
- Wild Water Adventure Park has a dress code that is strictly enforced.
- All clothing must be appropriate for use at a water amusement park. EXTREMELY BARE STYLES OF SWIMWEAR ARE PROHIBITED (G-STRINGS, THONGS, ETC.)
- GUESTS MAY NOT DISPLAY ANYTHING THAT CONTAINS OBSCENE, FOUL, PROFOUND OR ILLEGAL LANGUAGE, PICTURE, SYMBOLS, PHRASES, ETC.
- Guests MAY NOT WEAR ANY ARTICLE OF CLOTHING THAT CONVEYS A “GANG LOOK” OR APPEARS TO BE GANG RELATED. (This may include but is not limited to altered baseball caps, clothing, bandannas, oversize pants and shirts or sagging pants displaying undergarments.
- Clothing with rivets, grommets, plastic or metal is prohibited on the rides.
- Hats and jewelry prohibited on rides.
- NO T-SHIRTS OR COVER-UPS MAY BE WORN when it will affect the safety of the ride or the ability to swim in a depth of water three (3) feet or more; Specifically the GhostSlider, Black Hole, Banzai Pipeline, the Blue Wave and the Olympic Pool.
