Wild Water Adventure Park depends on employees who have a sincere desire to deliver a safe and memorable experience to our guests. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work and will always strive to do their best.
Wild Water Adventures Park operates from mid-May through Labor Day in September. There are over 350 positions to fill and we accept applications year-round. We are accepting applications now. Most positions start at minimum wage. However, some wages may be negotiable based on experience. A dress code is strictly enforced. We will not be interviewing until April for summer seasonal positions.

We will be hiring in the following categories:
Accounting/Audit: Must be 18 years of age or older. Speed and accuracy are required. Flexibility in hours, knowledge of 10-key and computers a plus. There are many job possibilities in this area ranging from general Accounting, A/R, A/P, Daily Reports to cash reconciliation. Seasonal positions are available to those majoring in Accounting or with experience.
- Admissions: Collect admission tickets and greet guests at the park entrance. An enthusiastic, outgoing personality with attention to detail is the perfect match. Need ability to work with the public.
- Rentals: Issue Cabanas, Tubes, Lockers and Life Jackets to park guests. Duties are varied. Eagerness to serve park guests quickly, the ability to work outdoors including bending, stooping, lifting and tolerate heat, a must.
Beverage: Must be 21 years of age or older. Responsible for serving adult beverages and soft drinks at our beverage stations. Need a friendly, easy-going personality with ability to serve many people quickly and efficiently. Job requirements are mainly weekends.
Cashier: Must be 18 years of age or older. Responsible for taking guests orders and operating cash register with proper procedures. Must be friendly and outgoing, with ability to interact with guests in courteous and pleasant manner while being quick and efficient. Math skills and attention to detail required.
First Aid/EMT: Must be currently certified EMT. Work will include monitoring daily safety checklists and paperwork relating to safety in the park. Prior EMT experience preferred.
Food Service: There are over 80 jobs available in this area. Positions include, but are not limited to: Cooks, Catering Servers, Food Expediters, Kitchen Prep and Inventory staff. Both outdoor and indoor positions exist at Concession stands, Food Court and drink stations. Prior experience a plus, but not necessary.
Group Events: Work as an Event Coordinator or associate to make sure group events happen on time and with superior customer service. Job requires working outside. Persons with outgoing personalities, attention to detail, and strong people skills are best in this department.
Guest Services: Must be 18 years of age or older. Includes working with guests in Ticket Sales, disseminating park information and problem solving. Must have good math, computer and clerical skills. Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work with customers in a calm and efficient manner. One to two years of college a plus. If you are majoring in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or Business, you will benefit from this experience.
Park Services: Responsible for janitorial, cleaning and sanitation of patios, buildings and restrooms. This is a physically demanding outdoor position. Need to be self-motivated and take pride in your work.
Lifeguards: Strong swimmers only.
Applicants will complete a preliminary interview process. The successful
candidate must be American Red Cross Lifeguard certified. We will be
offering classes through our training program if you are not already
certified. There are fees associated with the certification; however,
the certificate is good for three years. It is the responsibility of the
candidate to pay these fees in advance of the training. You don't have
to have prior certifications or prior special training to be successful.

Mascot: "Slick Duck" is our famous costumed character. He interacts with children and adults, entertaining while strolling throughout the park. Background in cheer-leading, dance, drama or drill team is preferred. Job is both on site and off site.
Maintenance: Positions available in Repair and Maintenance, Landscaping, and Construction. These outdoor positions require continuous walking, bending, stooping, lifting and a tolerance of the summer heat. Prior work experience and job skills preferred.
Merchandise: In-park gift shop is the Splash Shop. Work includes cashiering and
handling of merchandise sales of clothing, sundries, candy, and other
retail items. Includes restocking, creating floor and window displays
and inventory control. Great opportunity for anyone interested in a
career in retail. Prior experience helpful.
Office/Clerical: A few positions are available ranging from Receptionist to Office Manager. Need a service-oriented personality, ability to keep priorities, answer phones, handle office mail and supplies, assist with filing, typing, and keep office area orderly. Experience required.
Personnel: Must be 18 years of age or older. Work includes dealing with employees, department managers and supervisors. Fast-paced work environment requires the ability to juggle many department functions at once. Work environment includes, but is not limited to: Employee scheduling and attendance issues, uniforms, I. D.'s, dress code compliance, time clock management, tracking employee forms processing and training. If you are majoring in Human Resource Management or Business this is excellent hands-on experience. Internships available.
Security: Must be 21 years of age or older. This position assists in maintaining a safe environment for the guests in the park. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to controlling safe parking practices in our facility, inspection of coolers and bags brought into the park, interceding in guest complaints of another guest, assistance in enforcement of the park family-friendly dress code, assist Lifeguards in enforcing compliance in guests' use of park rides safely, assisting with crowd control and keeping the park clean and safe for all. Persons with a calming personality and good judgment are best suited for this position. Positions are outdoors and require good physical condition. Much standing, bending, and lifting. Good experience for college students looking for a career in law enforcement or public service.
Pool Ecology and Pool Maintenance: Must be 18 years of age or older. Responsible for high standard of
cleanliness of all pools and aquatic related facilities. Duties include
maintaining safe pool and work environments, monitoring and reporting of
water quality, pool equipment and chemical usage. Outdoor position
requires bending, stooping, lifting, and tolerance for sun and extreme
work environment. Ability to work independently and communicate with
others is required. Attention to detail, paperwork and safety protocols a
must. Prior experience preferred.
